1 Registration
The entries on the morning of October 15th 10 am registration, at least so far;
2 Athletes to report and release the product
Participants should be on the morning of 26 November 2016 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to identity card and the original "the entry notice" report to the Yichang jindongshan taohualing Hotel, mandatory inspection equipment, to receive the number cloth and participating in the package.

4 Time and place
l Each project participant will collect in 2016 November 27th morning 6:30 am in Yichang jindongshan taohualing hotel set, by the Organizing Committee of the bus in front of Shipai town Shipai fortress square to prepare for the race.
l All the projects will start in the morning of November 27th, 2016 9 am
5 Awards ceremony
l Time: 9 am in November 29th, 2016

6 Awards luncheon
l Time: 11 am in November 29th, 2016

Package Storage
1 UTTG each item is accessed by the following
l After the whole project participants may supply in Zigui Stadium Station (80.3k) storage supply package, the athletes left Zigui stadium, supply package will be shipped back to the end of the race, after the game by the bib number to receive;
l Half of the project can be stored in the locker bag end "Zigui Temple Square", after the match with the number of receive cloth;
l The 50 km project can be stored at the end of "Zhuhai dressing package" fishery; after the game with the number of receive cloth

The competition bring equipment
Participants must carry the following items and equipment to participate in the competition:
1 Mobile phone number must be consistent with the registration form to ensure that the phone is on the starting state, there is a spare battery or charging treasure;
